Retail Manager - Community-Focused Pharmacy

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a full-time Retail Manager who thrives on providing exceptional customer service while fostering strong connections within the community. This role is rostered in consultation with the right candidate and the needs of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a solutions-based sales approach
- Oversee daily administration and operational tasks
- Build relationships with local community groups and businesses to promote pharmacy services
- Provide informed advice on over-the-counter medications and health products
- Liaise with sales representatives and head office
- Manage inventory, including stock control, pricing, and ordering
- Ensure merchandising and store presentation align with company standards
- Assist with staff rostering and cost management
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for helping people and enhancing community wellbeing
- Strong retail or customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and wellness products (highly regarded)
- Experience in administration and IT (desirable)
- Understanding of stock control and retail inventory management (desirable)
