We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation specialising in shop‐fitting and racking solutions for the retail sector. With a strong customer base and a mix of account management and new business development, you will carve out your territory across SE QLD.
Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture existing relationships with major retail clients, while seeking new business opportunities within a defined retail market.
* Develop and manage weekly call plans, coordinate with the customer service team to address any customer requirements or issues, and serve as the key point of contact.
* Conduct face‐to‐face meetings, online meetings and stakeholder discussions to understand customer requirements and prepare detailed quotes in collaboration with the design team.
* Work directly with procurement and store managers of Australia's largest retailers.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role focused on both existing and new business development, ideally selling product/industrial based solutions.
* Experience selling a product or solution into retail is ideal.
* Strong reputation for quality and ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to think on the feet and offer solutions.
