About the Role
We're looking for a highly detail-driven and editorially strong content professional to join us across the GPCE portfolio and ThinkGP platform – Australia's largest provider of general practice education.
In this role, you'll elevate the quality, clarity and impact of our accredited education content – across online modules, CPD content, GPCE event programmes and clinically relevant learning resources.
Working closely with our Head of Content, internal teams, subject matter experts, clinicians and sponsors, you'll ensure every piece of content is accurate, clinically aligned, engaging and meets RACGP / ACRRM standards.
Reporting to our Head of Content, this is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home / office-based arrangements for a flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Edit, refine and proof CPD education content, event materials & clinical resources
Maintain consistent tone, style & accuracy across digital and live learning channels
Help shape content direction aligned to strategic education objectives
Manage feedback loops with writers, clinicians, SMEs and sponsors
Oversee final content QA and upload within ThinkGP CMS and GPCE systems
Support project management activities – timeline tracking, briefing, workflow alignment
Uphold editorial integrity, accreditation compliance and healthcare readability
Requirements
Strong editor with digital and print experience across clinical, scientific or education content
Skilled in editing / proofing for accuracy, clarity, style and learning outcomes
Confident working with healthcare subject-matter experts
Experience with CMS platforms (Articulate 360 highly regarded)
Understanding of RACGP / ACRRM accreditation (or willingness to learn)
Excellent stakeholder and project coordination capability
