About the opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Property Management Assistant / Reception role to join our team. Start date January 2026.

Your key duties will include:
* Provide exceptional customer service answering incoming calls & assisting office walk ins
* Conducting routine inspections inspections
* Conducting ingoing condition reports
* Assisting Property Manager at Open Homes
Skills and experience:
* Minimum of 2 years Property Management experience
* Must have a Class 2 License or Certificate of Registration
* Time management skills
* High-level patience and communication skills
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Strong focus on customer service
* Positive and proactive, can-do attitude, and must be a team player
* Must have your own reliable car
