The Role
* Coordination of property campaigns, client engagement, and business operations
* Create polished reports, proposals, presentations, and marketing assets
* Maintain and optimise CRM systems, databases, and automation workflows
* Attend photo shoots & client care onboarding
* Handle contracts, compliance requirements, and essential documentation
The successful Candidate
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
* Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
* IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
* Drivers license and reliable vehicle
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
