The Opportunity :
This is an exciting full-time Legal Assistant position supporting a highly regarded Partner and wider team in Litigation.
Here, no two days look the same. You will be at the heart of complex, fast-moving matters, often spanning multiple time zones and will play a key role in keeping the team operating at its best.
Your responsibilities will include :
Managing complex travel and calendars across international time zones
Matter and file management, including assisting with high-value litigation matters
Billing and monthly reporting
Preparing documents and assisting with business development initiatives
Providing high-level administrative support to ensure seamless workflow
About You :
Experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation or a fast-paced practice
Strong billing experience with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
A proactive, polished, and organised approach, someone who enjoys being one step ahead
Thrives in a busy, high-performing team and is excited by international work
