Byblos Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our project team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and contractual experience in the construction or engineering industry.
About the role
Reporting to the project manager, this site‐based role is key to supporting efficient project delivery through:
* Managing daily reports, document control and meeting minutes.
* Assisting with contract documentation including TQS, VOS, RFIS and notices of delay.
* Supporting QA documentation and drawings registers.
* Preparing weekly and monthly project reports.
Qualifications
* 2+ years experience in construction or site‐based administration.
* A cert/diploma in business admin, construction management or similar (advantageous).
* A keen eye for detail and passion for getting things done right the first time.
* Strong communication and confidence to work with multiple stakeholders.
* White cards and a valid Australian driver's licence.
