Automation Test Specialist We are seeking an experienced and hands-on automation expert with at least 5 years of experience working in designing, building, and evolving automation frameworks. You will work with modern tools like Puppeteer, Selenium, Appium, and mobile technologies including Xamarin and .NET MAUI to deliver robust, scalable testing solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in automation practices. If you have deep technical expertise, a strong grasp of BDD frameworks, and are passionate about driving quality through automation, we want to hear from you. This role will require candidates to have a BASELINE SECURITY CLEARANCE and an ability to work 3 days in BOX HILL. Mandatory Requirements Demonstrated 5 years leadership and experience in implementing and updating automation frameworks and scripts across website and mobile technologies Extensive knowledge and experience in building test automation framework using Puppeteer. Selenium automation frameworks using Java/C# Mobile application development tools Xamarin/ .NET MAUI (.NET Multi-platform App UI). Knowledge in Mobile Test Automation and tools Java script frameworks – Next.JS/React, .NetNode JS Must have Puppeteer and Appium experience Required Professional and Technical Expertise Behaviour driven development (BDD) test automation frameworks Australian citizen who can attain Baseline Security Clearance Able to travel to Box Hill 3 days/week Sitecore Experience platform (XP). Desired Attributes and Skills Stakeholder Management Experience Lead team of automation testers CI/CD experience Key Responsibilities Designing, developing, and enhancing the Test Automation framework for various products, including developing and maintaining the regression suites. Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as architects, test analysts, tech leads, product owners and scrum teams to identify automation test scope. Coordinating with pipeline planning and scrum teams to incorporate test automation Reviewing industry and best practice to continuously improve test automation approaches and frameworks. Collaborating with SMEs, test analysts and the automation community to improve and enhance test automation capability.
