Job Overview
* Provide day-to-day care, guidance, and support to young people in a safe and stable environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build life skills and help develop routines and goals for the residents.
* Support young people with their daily needs and encourage their growth and development.
Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or equivalent).
* Experience working with young people or strong motivation to learn and grow.
* Residential Out-of-Home Care Youth Work experience is highly desirable.
* Australian Driver's Licence, Victorian Employee Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate.
* Commitment to ongoing training and trauma-informed practice.
