Qualifications & experience
* Excellent telephone communication skills.
* Exceptional work ethics with time management skills.
* Familiarity with medical/dental terminology.
* Experience with dental software D4W.
* Ability to both work individually and as a team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service.
* Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
* Booking in patients and follow-up calls post treatments.
* Strong understanding of health fund payment experience with HICAPS.
* Managing patient invoicing and accounts.
* Assisting with our patient recall systems.
* Strong compliance with sterilization, safety and infection control measures.
* Pouring models and processing X-rays.
* Monitoring and restocking supplies.
