The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Team Leader to join our Industrial Services team based in Nhulunbuy, NT. This role is responsible for overseeing a range of industrial services while leading a team to deliver safe, efficient and high‐quality outcomes for our clients. You will play a key role in supervising daily operations, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and coordinating a team of up to 15 personnel in demanding industrial environments.

* Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of up to 15 team members
* Experience with High Pressure Water Jetting and Vacuum Loading
* Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with safety procedures and company policies
* Coordinate daily work activities to meet operational and client requirements
* Maintain strong communication with team members, supervisors and clients
* Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with site regulations
* Assist with operational planning and job preparation
* Support and mentor team members to maintain high performance and safety standards
