Your new company
This opportunity is with a well-established business operating across multiple trading entities. They're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks, based in Campbelltown.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for full accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing using Payroller, bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, and weekly processing of Woolworths/Coles orders. You'll also handle system updates for price changes, discounts, and rebates, as well as pallet invoice reconciliation and other related duties. The business uses Oracle Netsuite across all entities.
What you'll need to succeed
To hit the ground running, you'll need:
* Proven bookkeeping experience
* Confidence using Oracle Netsuite and Payroller
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
