Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer
and play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for First Nations communities.
In this role, your expertise will track progress and showcase achievements against key national benchmarks - helping turn data into meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
Provide the ALPARemote Australia Employment Service (RAES) sites with required reporting tools to increase performance aligned with NIAA KPI's outlined in the funding agreement.
Report on sites performance weekly to the Performance Support Manager.
Work closely with the site teams to implement new processes to improve performance.
Undertake site audits as per the requirements set out with the Performance Support Manager.
Provide online training to staff on the contract obligations and program requirements.
Maintain spreadsheets/formal documentation of all RAES activities.
Work with the sites through all processes required to achieve high performance.
Hold responsibility for ensuring ALPA's bi-yearly Provider Performance Reviews represent the high performance of the business.
About You
Relevant experience and qualifications in employment services, health, human, social or community services.
Tertiary education in Administration, Compliance or similar.
Strong relationship building, and communication skills.
A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail & result orientated to drive KPI achievements.
Ability to develop strong networks.
Ability to work autonomously to achieve targets.
Flexible, dynamic and a team player.
