A commercial construction company specializes in commercial and industrial design and construct projects. They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to deliver our Perth projects, overseeing a site team including a Site Manager, Engineer, Contract Administrator, and Safety Officer.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering, or equivalent are essential.
* Proven experience in a Project Management role working on new build and Design & Construct (D&C) projects valued at over $40M is necessary.
* Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain are crucial.
* The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial/contractual knowledge and come from a Quantity Surveyor (QS) background.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills are also required.
