We’re now seeking a Part Time Diploma or Certificate III Qualified Educator — or someone who’s currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives.
Where you’ll work
Located in Wonthaggi, White Road Kindergarten provides a high-quality program that reflects the values of the local community. This role suits an educator who values collaboration, community partnerships, and creating strong foundations for lifelong learning.
Role Details:
Certificate III or Diploma Educator
Rotational 4YO group - Monday 8.30am – 4.00pm
8.75 hrs (7 hours contact + 1.75 hours Non-Contact)
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
* Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
* Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
* Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
* A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
