D Foods Pty Ltd T/as Good Manors is a café offering an array of food options sourced from local suppliers.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced COOK on a full-time basis. In this role you will be required to adhere to all health and safety standards and be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing consistent, high quality food products as per menu and customer requests.
Ideally you will have exceptional time management, communication and organisation skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team. High attention to detail is also a must.
Specific duties and requirements for the position include;
* Prepare, create and present all dishes using a variety of different cooking methods
* Ensure all operating supplies and food products are sufficiently stocked for a smooth operation of the kitchen
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and ensure all OH&S standards are adhered to
* Store and receive stock
* Ensure minimal food wastage
The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications (minimum Certificate 3) and have at least 1 years previous experience in the same/similar role.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a salary of between $70,000 - $80,000 excluding superannuation.
