Bak’d is growing, and we’re looking for a fun, reliable, hands-on Fulfilment Team Member to join our warehouse team and help bring our crystal candy magic to life ✨🍬

About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bacchus Marsh warehouse. You’ll be working closely with another fulfilment team member and under the guidance of the founders, helping ensure orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and beautifully.
Your day-to-day will mostly involve order fulfilment and candy handling, with some light commercial kitchen-style work.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Picking, packing and fulfilling customer orders using our computer system
* Packing crystal candies into their correct product packaging
* Learning all Bak’d products and understanding what goes into each pack
* Organising candy stock by flavour and product type
* Handling and rotating candy stock (including flipping candy where required)
* Keeping storerooms and packing areas tidy and organised
* Working towards daily or weekly packing KPIs with the team
* Occasionally jumping into behind-the-scenes Instagram or TikTok content (if you’re comfortable — bonus points!)
