About you
You are an experienced Tourism Sales Exec with at least 3 years' experience with a background in Domestic and International selling markets and inbound distribution.
You have proven sales ability with outstanding negotiation and communication skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and can be an exemplary representative of the company through conduct, solid relationship building and personal presentation. You are results driven and established team player with strong collaboration skills
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales NQ, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales plan to maximise sales for Local, Domestic and Inbound/International markets.
You will lead the activities for your key accounts to achieve growth in customer numbers, drive revenue, and negotiate strong commercial partnerships that positively contribute to the bottom line.
As a vital member of the Experience Co's team, you will have a drive for sales, strong administration, analytical and problem-solving skills. Most critical will be your passion for selling this unique adventure tourism offering.
