About the Role
The primary responsibility of the estimator/supervisor is to produce scope of works, costings, assessment, and causation reports on property damaged by insurable events or requiring maintenance upgrades.
* Produce accurate scopes of work
* Manage construction projects to meet safety, cost, time, and quality objectives
* Engage with sub-contractors and source quality professionals
* Determine suitable tender responses and return tender packages within required timeframes
* Maintain records on computer-based work systems for internal and external client portals
* Compile building assessment/causation reports in line with industry standards KPIs
* Act as liaison between clients and customers
* Operate primarily in Northern Tasmania
* Be involved in trade procurement
