Some jobs keep you pristine and polished.
This isn't one of them.
If you don't mind ending the day with a bit of dust on your boots, keep reading.
If you're hands-on, have been plastering walls, laying bricks, pouring concrete, or working with your hands in any other way, this is the kind of gig that will feel like home.
This is a hands-on, physical role working in the lamination side of building luxury wake and ski boats.
That means getting up close and personal with composites - the foundations of building a boat.
Learning the layup and meticulously ensuring the lamination layers are applied across that part of the build process - it's an art form.
Working with different boats each day, it's steady, it's satisfying, and you'll be helping to build some of the best boats on the water.
Not to mention, you'll be working in a climate controlled factory (thank us later, it's getting warm out there), with the tunes pumping, alongside a crew that knows the meaning of hard work and solid banter.
What you'll get (and why you'll stay):
4-day work week with Fridays off most weeks.
Potential for overtime on a Friday during peak Summer periods if demand calls for it.
Monthly team lunches (yes there's cake).
Air-con in the summer, heating in winter.
Supportive, down-to-earth crew who've got each other's backs.
Yearly team bonding day.
Room to grow: we focus on cross-training and up-skilling.
This is the kind of team where everyone is pushing towards the same goal.
Everyone pulls their weight.
No passengers here.
It's physical, no doubt.
But you'll clock off knowing you've earned your money and contributed to something you can be proud of.
More time off, consistent hours, air-con through summer, and the kind of workplace where people look out for each other...
