- Ability to motivate and encourage,
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs,
- Confident and willing to learn cold calling and generate leads,
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
**Let me tell you more about the role**:
- Tapping into community connections you will be responsible for finding our clients who live with disability, injury or health condition work or education opportunities.
**You will**:
- Mentor clients to overcome employment barriers and support them through a tailored job plan,
- Network with local employers,
- Reverse marketing clients to employers, resulting in suitable and sustainable employment,
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements.
atWork Australia is a national Disability Employment Services (DES) provider. DES is funded by the Australian Government to help people living with disability, injury or health condition find and keep a job, and help employers find the right people to keep their business moving.
