Role Description and purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide marketing support to the BNPP AM business in Australia.
The role encompasses both the institutional and wholesale market segments, with a focus on marketing content delivery, digital and event support.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Content
On demand presentation preparation and sign off
Trust brochure preparation and sign off
Thought leadership, whitepaper localisation and sign off
Overseas product reporting preparation and sign off for local use
Review and update of the FSC and Due Diligence questionnaires for recent / existing products
Roadshow briefing packs
Compliance starting point across all marketing content
Digital Marketing Support and Back Up
Stoneshot (regular mail outs and event invitations)
Website support and sign off
Return on Investment (ROI) focus - lead generation coordination and analytic preparation
Sydney Events (noting Events Manager based in Melbourne)
Proprietary event coordination in Sydney eg. roadshow lunches, launch events. In cooperation with Events Manager.
BNP Paribas Group event support in Sydney
Sponsorship event support in Sydney
Product Content
Competitor Analysis (Morningstar / eVestment)
RFI data input for product research / onboarding
Internal Reporting
Marketing content for Board reports
Marketing activity reporting to region

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications & experience
Undergraduate degree
At least one year industry experience at an Asset Manager / Financial Services firm. Preferred not required
