* Conduct assessments to identify the needs of participants and develop individualised support plans.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support services.
* Mentor and supervise other Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements:
* Current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Core or Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
* Experience mentoring and supervising other Behaviour Support Practitioners.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
* A proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
