Full Job Description
You will be responsible for calling customers from the database regarding their membership & following up. This is a x4 week contract, with the view to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to discuss membership details
- Provide professional, and accurate advise to customers
- Capturing data via CRM system provided
- Support & work close with the marketing team
- Provide information on their services
Experience / Skills
- 1 years' experience in similar role or tele sales
- Highly capable at sales and service
- Great communication skills
- A positive can do attitude
- Excellent phone manner
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
