Key Accountabilities:
* 24/7 monitoring of reduction line operations and smelting processes across Pacific Operations
* Identify operational and technical instabilities, diagnose issues, and prioritise corrective actions
* Collaborate closely with site-based teams to ensure timely and effective intervention
* Engage remotely with technical teams, supervisors, and process controllers, including participation in technical and toolbox meetings
* Promote a standardised approach to work and effective communication across sites
* Conduct site visits to build operational knowledge and strengthen collaboration
About You:
* High level of computer literacy and strong verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
* Demonstrated capability to operate effectively under pressure in dynamic environments
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to develop options and present recommendations quickly
* Passion for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
* Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters and provide leave coverage as required
* Smelter operations, heavy industry, or process control experience
* Ability to coach, support, and transfer knowledge to others
* Strong discipline in following procedures and standardised operating approaches
* Team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to operational collaboration
