About the Role
We're looking for a Meta Ads expert who's ready to step up. You'll step into a portfolio of high-performing ecommerce clients, drive ad performance end-to-end, and — if you're ready — grow your own team within 6–12 months. This is the perfect role for someone who wants autonomy, challenge, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.

What You'll Be Doing
* Owning client relationships (WIPs, reviews, performance chats — no middlemen)
* Constantly iterating and optimising for growth and ROAS
* Keeping your skill set razor-sharp — we want masters of their craft
* Collaborating with a talented, fully remote team that moves fast
You'll Thrive If You Have
* 1.5+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience (TikTok & Pinterest a bonus)
* Experience managing $30k+/month ad spend per account
* A passion for ecommerce and performance marketing
* The confidence to speak directly with clients and solve challenges
* An eye for detail, a systems mindset, and strong commercial instincts
* Agency experience (preferred, but not essential)
