About Our Financial Planning Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our team, providing expert guidance and support to clients in navigating their financial planning needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Financial Planning Industry, be qualified with relevant certifications (e.g. ADFP or DFP), and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing comprehensive advice documents in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintaining up-to-date client records through XPLAN data entry
* Managing planners' diaries, booking appointments, and preparing for meetings
* Nurturing relationships with fund managers and life companies
* Processing new client packs, including conducting analysis on superannuation and investments
* Demonstrating a detailed understanding of client portfolios to deliver tailored responses
* Preparing all advice documents, including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices, and relevant paperwork
* Completing ad-hoc tasks and contributing to best practice strategies
