As the Quality Manager at Royal Freemasons, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents. This role is accountable for the ongoing development and evaluation of all components of the quality and risk management system, facilitating continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements across Victoria.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring, reviewing, and evaluating quality systems to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvementEstablish and monitor quality procedures to meet all regulatory requirementsLead meetings on quality and compliance matters, including audits and reviewsAssist with organisational policies and protocols to ensure legislative complianceSupport the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary team in analyzing data on indicators and risksDevelop innovative solutions for identified gaps in collaboration with management and the quality teamProvide advice and support to Residential Aged Care staff regarding Aged Care Quality Standards and resident assessmentsQualifications, Knowledge, and RequirementsCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAKnowledge of relevant legislation, including the Aged Care Act 2025, Governing for Reform in Aged Care, and Support at Home programsRegistered Quality AssessorSuccessful completion of the Aged Care Quality Assessor’s CourseOther RequirementsA valid Victorian driver’s license appropriate for the vehiclePolice Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or both)Vaccination against COVID-19 (3 doses) and the Flu Vaccine is encouragedHow to ApplyIf you want a rewarding career that makes a difference, click the “apply” button and follow the prompts.
