Your Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison to manage airline slot requests and seasonal terminal capacity declarations to ensure efficient utilization of terminal infrastructure.
* Validate new route proposals and schedule changes in partnership with the Aviation Business Development team to maintain compliance with terminal capacity guidelines.
* Develop and manage robust data sources related to passenger flow, aircraft movements, baggage handling, security throughput, and international facilitation for planning decisions and performance analysis.
* Lead comprehensive stand and gate planning for T1 operations on both seasonal and monthly bases, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and passenger flow.
* Conduct detailed check-in allocation planning and security lane demand forecasting up to the day of operations to optimize resource deployment and minimize wait times.
* Develop scenario planning methodologies across fixed infrastructure assets within T1 to anticipate operational challenges and support informed decision-making.
* Ensure all infrastructure planning decisions are guided by customer experience outcomes such as passenger flow efficiency, accessibility, and service quality.
* Provide expert operational advice to the Planning & Infrastructure team regarding potential impacts of proposed projects on terminal functionality.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to coordinate operational enhancements, share actionable insights through structured reporting, and present recommendations to management.
