What you’ll be doing:
Providing outstanding customer service and helping patients feel at easeAssisting across all areas of the practice - from reception to frame styling and lens adviceSupporting the team during annual or sick leave when possibleKeeping up to date with the latest eyewear trends and products
What we’re looking for:
A warm communicator with a passion for helping peopleExperience in retail, customer service, or medical reception (optical experience highly valued but not essential)A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn and grow
