Motor Assessing Manager
The Motor Assessing Manager is responsible for leading, developing & driving the Assessing Business via a team of technical, process and customer service experts to drive market-leading cost capabilities via the application of Auto & General's Repair Method and Assessing Quality Assurance Framework.

What Experience You'll Bring
* Leadership experience (both line leadership and thought leadership through influencing stakeholders outside of line).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical skills, high level of problem solving and systems thinking.
* Ability to lead innovation and change, including personal resilience.
* Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry.
* Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply new learning to improve business performance.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Demonstrated ability to meet service delivery expectations.
* Commercial acumen.
* Valid Driver's licence.
* Relevant Trade qualification.
