This is a client-facing, technically focused role where you will take ownership of a portfolio, working closely with developers, builders, and key stakeholders across the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of latent defects / construction clients Handle renewals, remarketing, and new business placements Prepare detailed insurer submissions and technical reports Negotiate terms with insurers for complex construction risks Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen existing accounts Support clients through the lifecycle of policies, including claims liaison Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and system management About You: Proven experience in insurance broking, with a construction focus Exposure to or strong interest in latent defects insurance Solid understanding of construction-related risks and placements Tier 1 (RG146) qualification preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage a portfolio autonomously High attention to detail in a technical environment If you are a driven Senior Broker looking to join a respected brokerage where your expertise is valued and supported, we would love to hear from you.
