We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable First Nations person to join our team as a Diversity & Employment Facilitator.
The primary responsibility of the Diversity and Employment facilitator is to provide cultural inclusion programs that prepare participants for sustainable employment while promoting inclusive workplace practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering pre-employment training sessions with an emphasis on preparing individuals for long-term success in their chosen career paths.There are several essential responsibilities associated with this role:
* Developing strategic partnerships across multiple sectors including business, education, government, and social service organizations.
* Cultivating relationships within these partner networks by demonstrating knowledge skills and experience.
