As part of the Hunter New England Local Health District, we deliver emergency care, surgery, maternity, rehabilitation and specialist outpatient services. About The Role

As an Administration Officer in the busy Emergency Department you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff. You will deliver high‑quality customer service in person and over the phone, manage the switchboard communications and support the department with administrative tasks. This permanent part‑time position involves primarily evening shifts (16:00–22:00 and 18:30–00:00) on a rotating 7‑day roster.
