Leadership Role: Regional Director
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive strategic priorities and initiatives across Central Australia, working closely with communities, senior leaders, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Drive direction, manage high-performing teams, and deliver community engagement programs that align with Key Performance Measures and quality indicators.
* Research and Analysis: Conduct data-driven research to inform national procedures, programs, and policy, providing expert advice and support on grant processes and contract management.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective relationships with stakeholders, promoting the Agency's business objectives and creating a culturally safe workplace.
* Culturally Competent Practice: Develop and implement strategies for working with diverse cultural backgrounds, strengthening cultural competency and understanding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
