The position will work cohesively with our Management and operational teams to efficiently coordinate the associated logistics of sourcing and mobilising our people across multiple contracts, sites and projects as well as provide generalist HR services. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager you will be responsible for providing assistance with Human Resource Coordination, Mobilisation and Recruitment.This position will suit a highly motivated professional with an exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in their work and likes to work in a busy team environment.The Mobilisation / Recruitment Coordinator Is Responsible To Ensurethe day-to-day admin tasks of the HR function are fulfilled.administration support to Managers to carry out in areas including (but not limited to) recruiting, onboarding, training & development and other HR activities in conjunction with the HR Manager.build and keep excellent office management and administration function supporthigh level internal and external customer satisfaction.The PositionEvaluate and screen resumesShortlist, phone screen and book and conduct interviewsCompleting reference and compliance checksActioning recruitment and onboarding enquiries in a timely mannerSource New Candidates using appropriate strategies (e.g. headhunting, advertising, network channels and referrals)Maximise the use of our internal systems and data bases to ensure effective use of our exiting labour poolIdentify labour short falls and supporting the recruitment of new personnelActively support the recruitment and selection process end to endCoordinate the onboarding process of new employees to project and client requirementsUtilise relevant data bases and systems to ensure information is accurately uploaded and trackedOnboarding new employees including managing the completion of compliance and verifications checksFacilitating a positive onboarding experience for all employeesCoordinating staff competency (police clearances, medical etc.) processesPreparing new starters for commencementBooking and scheduling inductions and training for all staffUploading documentation in to HRMS and Client systemsProvide HR generalist duties and tasks including assisting HR ManagerSkills, experience;We are seeking an energetic, high performing team player with strong ability to balance compliance and priorities.
