We're looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager & Leasing Consultant to join our team at TEAM Estate Agents.
This is the ideal role for someone who wants to start their career in Property Management, learn the right way, and grow into a full Property Manager role over time.
You'll be involved in both PM support and leasing, so you'll get broad, hands‐on experience across the full property management process from day one.

You'll work closely with our Property Management team and support with day‐to‐day portfolio tasks while also taking on leasing responsibilities.
Your role will include:
* Assisting with routine inspections
* Tenant and landlord communication
* Maintenance coordination support
* Lease renewals and follow‐up
* Entry/exit inspection support
* Leasing support, including enquiries, bookings and open homes
* Application processing support
* General PM administration
* Supporting the Property Manager with portfolio tasks
