About The Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and help us connect couples with the perfect mix of services for their big day. Whether you're building a career in sales, events management, or the wedding industry, this role is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and grow with us.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to increase revenue across all Hey Jack services.
- Track performance against our sales goals.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, refine processes, and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key venues, wedding planners, and partner suppliers to drive referrals.
- Oversee the internal sales process from lead generation through to booking confirmation.
- Chair weekly sales meetings, keeping the team aligned on targets, pipeline updates, and client priorities.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team to maintain high standards of communication and client care.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams beyond inbound leads, such as venue collaborations, planner partnerships, and joint marketing campaigns.
- Explore strategic alliances and cross-promotional opportunities within the wedding and events industry.
- You work seamlessly with the planning team, ensuring every detail is delivered without a hitch.
- Understanding Client Needs: Speaking with clients to learn their preferences and recommending the best entertainment, film, and photography options.
- Timely Communication: Responding to sales enquiries via phone and email within agreed timeframes.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like organising photoshoots, headhunting talent, and supporting sales campaigns.

About You
