- Provide the first line of support to our existing customer base in Korea with their technical and accounting issues
- Assist customers over the telephone while also managing workload via the ticketing system
- Show/ demonstrate our software solutions to customers to assist solve individual challenges
- Work closely with all members of the customer support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for existing and potential customers
- Work closely with other departments as required, such as sales and the second level support team
**Qualifications**
- Business level fluency in Korean and English
- Knowledge of operating systems and experience at least with two of the following, Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, Android
- Qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant technical training is advantageous
- Experience working in a busy customer support role, ideally via telephone and ticketing system
- Self-motivated, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and passion for helping people
- Ability to pick up new software and processes quickly
- Working Holiday maker has to have at least 3 months working rights to cover probation period
- Someone willing to relocated to SA(relocation support available)
