The Role
Flexible contractor position (part-time or full-time).
You'll have the opportunity to:
* Provide therapy online and in person
* Deliver individual trauma-focused therapy
* Facilitate or co-facilitate group programs
* Participate in (or grow into) intensive therapy models
* Shape your caseload around your clinical interests and strengths
* We value autonomy, clinical maturity, and therapists who enjoy both depth and collaboration.
You'll Need
* Current AHPRA registration
* Eligible to provide Medicare services
* EMDR trained — or genuinely willing to undertake EMDR training
* Strong clinical judgement and a grounded, client-centred approach
* Experience working with trauma presentations (highly regarded)
