Job Role: Digital Experience Project Lead
As the client-facing owner of DXP projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Adobe Commerce and AEM programs in Australia.
Key aspects of this role include managing enterprise-scale projects end-to-end, coordinating closely with global offshore delivery teams, and safeguarding commercial, timeline, and quality outcomes.
Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management skills are crucial in this position, as well as strong commercial acumen to track budgets and protect margins.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the day-to-day project lead for clients implementing Adobe platforms.
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through clear communication, proactive issue management, and alignment to client goals.
* Project Delivery: Lead planning, execution, and governance for projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are clearly defined and maintained.
* Translate complex technical delivery into clear client updates and decisions, owning delivery RAID logs and proactively resolving blockers.
* Global Coordination: Serve as the primary link between Australian clients and our offshore delivery centers, managing distributed teams and ensuring offshore resources are fully aligned to scope, priorities, and standards.
* Commercial & Quality Ownership: Uphold margin discipline by ensuring delivery matches agreed scope and budgets, monitoring effort vs. budget, flagging risks early, and driving change control where required.
* Safeguard quality, ensuring work meets Adobe standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
