Protection Brands is the powerhouse behind CERFACE, OptiVAN, Permagard and a network of premium aftercare solutions trusted by OEMs, dealerships and automotive partners nationwide. As we expand our NSW operations, we are seeking a confident, organised and customer-focused Site & Bookings Coordinator to drive the momentum from our new Seven Hills Factory & Detailing Centre - across NSW.
This isn't just an admin role — you control the operational schedule that keeps our technicians, tinters and contractors deployed, productive and on time. You are the backbone of our NSW operation and the first point of contact for dealers, partners and customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your day will be structured, purposeful and varied. You will:
· Be the primary point of contact for dealers, customers and partners
· Manage inbound booking requests and coordinate technician deployment
· Schedule technicians, tint teams and contractors efficiently
· Respond to customer / partner enquiries via phone and email
· Liaise with state/national teams to ensure seamless workflow alignment
· Maintain accurate job records, calendars, notes and system updates
· Provide administrative support to the NSW operations team
· Ensure every interaction reflects the premium experience of Protection Brands

WHO YOU ARE

You bring:
· Experience in administration, coordination or customer support (ideal)
· Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
· A professional phone manner + polished written communication
· Customer service focus and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
· Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-moving business
· Initiative and problem-solving capability
· MS Office competency + comfort with digital tools and systems
· A positive, adaptable and solutions-driven attitude
