**What's the opportunity?**
Reporting to the Head of Fleet & Corporate and partnering with the brand teams to drive market share and growth of the brand, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:
- Manage tender submissions
- Manage contracts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored fleet solutions
- Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, logistics and compliance with regulations
- Provide guidance to the dealer network for local government sales opportunities
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and client satisfaction to senior management
**About you**:
- Exceptional experience in sales management in a Fleet management company or OEM distribution fleet management
- Strong automotive product knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Capable of introducing new initiatives that propel the business ahead of competitors
- Demonstrates strategic capabilities to create meaningful and resonant plans
- Naturally interested in the business with a desire to contribute to collaborative, team based environment beyond their direct responsibilities
- Experience in leading change, especially in enhancing customer experience
- Strong ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Skilled in addressing operational challenges and optimising fleet performance
- Abe to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
