We’re looking for a results-driven Group Service Manager to lead and elevate our service departments across the dealership network. About the Role: As Group Service Manager, you will lead efforts to identify and implement improvements across service operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to influence best practices, develop high-performing teams, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Service Managers and Dealer Principals to drive strategic initiatives aimed at boosting profitability and efficiency Analyse processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and maintain high service standards and efficiencies. Establish and apply best practices in operations, resource use and customer service Monitor service department KPIs and provide guidance to improve productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Deliver training programs to upskill service teams and support departmental success. Support financial analysis, budgeting, and achieving performance targets across all service departments. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Analyse performance data and present findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making. Act as a strategic advisor to Service Managers, offering insight and support on operational challenges. Foster collaboration with senior leadership, internal teams, and manufacturers. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior automotive service role, with a proven ability to lead multiple service departments. Solid grasp of service operations, focused on profit maximization and customer engagement. High-level business insight, financial acumen, and data analysis skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and execute strategic initiatives. Experience with systems such as Pentana is highly regarded.
