Compliance Administration Coordinator



About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate records, efficient filing systems, and up-to-date compliance with regulatory requirements.




Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of procedural requirements
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence




Fundamental Skills & Qualifications:


* Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word etc.)
* Solid organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
