Join a well-respected not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community.About the RoleReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for financial operations including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, audit, and compliance.
This role is a key part of our leadership team, working closely with the Board, Executive, and external stakeholders to drive financial performance and support our growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial group reporting & forecasting, including statutory accounts, budgets, reforecasts, and Board reports.Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, financing, capital raising, hedging and covenant compliance.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and grant requirements.Oversee financial processing, including payments, payroll, fixed assets, and banking.Manage internal & external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, the ATO, and regulatory bodies.Provide strategic financial advice to support business planning and operational decision-making.Development of project feasibility and financial models.Drive system enhancements, automation, and data governance across financial operations.Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Ensure robust financial controls, risk mitigation, and policy governance.About YouYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
