Sales and Customer Experience Manager

This role is a key part of our store's success, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of customer service and front-of-store operations. Your goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring a clean and safe environment.



About You and Your Skills

* You have previous experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
* You possess leadership skills to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* You are skilled at maintaining excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for both team members and customers.
* You can drive a one-team culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
* You are customer-obsessed and strive to continually understand diverse customer needs to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
