Coastal Caravans NQ is preparing to open a brand-new caravan dealership in Townsville, created in response to strong demand across North Queensland. We are now seeking a motivated New Caravan Sales Consultant to join our foundation team.
This role suits someone looking to expand their horizons in the RV industry — someone who enjoys meeting people, lives the outdoor lifestyle, and thrives in a performance-driven sales environment.
About the Role
You will manage the full customer journey, from first enquiry through to vehicle handover, delivering professional, engaging, and high-quality buying experiences.
Your sales portfolio will include:
* New caravans
* Hybrid campers
* Pop-tops
* Pods and RV solutions
About You
* Currently working in branch sales, retail, motor vehicle, marine, or leisure-based sales
* Well presented with strong professional communication skills
* A genuine love for the outdoors — active 4wd, camper or caravaner is suited
* Confident building rapport and guiding customers toward purchasing decisions
* Hungry, driven, and results-focused — you can close deals and enjoy being rewarded for it
* Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and detailed vehicle handovers
* Comfortable using computer-based sales systems, CRM, and quoting platforms
