Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch technical assistance to colleagues via various communication channels.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' technology-related queries and issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of audio-visual services, including video conferencing on client floors. Additionally, they will provide administrative and procedural support to both internal and external clients.
A key aspect of this role is troubleshooting and setting up AV equipment for client meetings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proven ability to resolve technical issues in Windows 11 and Office 2019/Microsoft 365 environments.
Beyond technical expertise, the successful applicant will have experience in audio-visual settings and managing mobile devices via MDM solutions. They should also possess Active Directory skills and a solid understanding of network topology. Furthermore, the ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VOIP softphones and telephone handsets is essential.
Requirements
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to resolve technical issues efficiently in a Windows 11 and Office 2019/Microsoft 365 environment.
* Familiarity with audio-visual settings and mobile device management via MDM solutions.
