Job Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for several critical functions, including:
* Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of the motel and guest house.

* Marketing Promotion: Oversee the marketing strategies to promote the property effectively.
* Night Shift Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the property during your shifts.

Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and a Diploma in Hospitality Management are preferred.
* Work Experience: Genuine interest and experience in motel or guest house work.
* Independence: Must be hardworking, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
* Age Preference: Preferably 30 years or older; family applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Language: Bilingual candidates, particularly Nepali speakers, are highly preferred.
* Commitment: Must commit to at least one year before eligibility for sponsorship.
